This old orchard and its agricultural buildings have been converted into a four-bedroom house surrounded by extensive cereal fields at the foot of the village of Sencelles. It has ample internal and external spaces, as well as the original waterwheel and irrigation pool, for our ancestors, reconverted into a spectacular swimming pool.
The refurbishment, designed by the Rambla9 architectural studio and built using local materials and traditional methods, has been published in various international architecture and landscaping magazines.
Occupancy: (8 people max.)
The house has 4 bedrooms, two downstairs and two upstairs. All bedrooms have double beds. The upstairs bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and overlook the pool. The downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom and overlook the garden.
The living room has two sofas and a large window overlooking the garden and countryside. The kitchen is a large room with a central island that can be used for cooking and/or dining.
The property has a large outdoor swimming pool with space for sunbathing. Below the pool is a covered area with a toilet and outdoor furniture.
Outside there is a partially covered area with a barbecue from where you can enjoy the scenery of the area.
Booking Confirmation:
A deposit of 30% of the total sum is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 70% must be paid at least 90 days before arrival.
The deposit of € 600 can be paid by bank transfer before arrival or in cash at check-in.
Cancellation policy:
Up to 60 days prior to arrival: 50% refund.
Between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival: 25% refund.
Less than 30 days before arrival: no refund.
